Ski courses for children in the Ötztal valley
We make a big fuss of the little ones.
Skiing in a group is great fun. Our specially qualified and experienced children’s instructors make sure that your child feels at ease with us.
Ski group courses from 3 years
In addition to safety, the focus is naturally also on fun and the right technique. Your child will quickly and easily achieve success with our modern teaching methods.
- Kinderland at Giggijoch: Fairy-tale land with conveyor belt
- Ski race for kids: weekly ski race with price awarding ceremony
For beginner skiers aged 3 and 4 there are also half-day courses of 1.5 to 2.5 hours per day (10.30 am–1 pm or 1.45 to 3.15 pm)
- Course times: 10.30 am - 1 pm and 1.45 pm - 3.15 pm (without lunchtime supervision) - lunchtime supervision can be added for EUR 17,- per day
- Course days: daily
- Meeting point: Office at the Giggijoch mountain station
- min. participants: 3 persons, otherwise the course is shortened to 2 hours
- Taster day for ski beginners: from 10.30 am–1 pm in the Kinderland incl. hire (skis, boots, helmet) € 75.-
- Course language: German and English (international courses)
- Lunch care: We recommend to book the lesson directly with lunch. The kids are skiing in the whole area (except beginners) and will have lunch on different huts everyday.
Childcare
Enjoy your day on the slopes knowing your child is being well looked after.
Our childcare centre is located at the ski resort at our Giggijoch mountain station meeting point and is open daily for you.
There are plenty of places for the children to play and sleep, as well as trained childminders.
You also have the option of combining childcare with the ski kindergarten (e.g. half-day ski school and half-day childcare).
